Once the trial period ends and you subscribe to our service, the subscription is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled until the next billing cycle. Additionally, any customization or third-party integrations initiated during the trial will carry over into the full subscription, allowing a smooth transition to production-ready apps. If you cancel your subscription, all services, including app access, hosting, and support, will be discontinued at the end of your current billing cycle.

Voluntary Service: The Support Team is a voluntary service offered free of charge by Gustosfera and is not part of any paid service. Accordingly, Gustosfera reserves the right to decline to provide support to any user, especially those who use derogatory or abusive language toward the Support Team.
Errors: While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on the website, errors may occur due to circumstances beyond Gustosfera's control, including technical errors. Users are advised to use the website with caution and to report any errors to the Support Team for correction. In the event of any confusion and/or dispute resulting from such errors, Gustosfera's decision shall be final and binding.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service.
In sum, in no event, shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company for three days of paid services, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
In the rare case, if the company is held liable for compensation and/or refund then the compensation and refund amount (combined) shall not exceed the total amount user paid to the company for the three days of paid services.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without imitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website Material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
