ACCOUNT DELETION
- To delete your Gustosfera Account or Guskart Admin app data, please send an email to support@gustosfera.com from the email address associated with your account.
- In the email, provide your account details (such as registered email, phone number, and business name) and clearly state your request for account deletion.
- Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request in accordance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or DPDP Act) and our Privacy Policy.
- Please note that account deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g., financial records for up to seven years).
- Upon deletion, you will lose access to all App features, including order history, inventory data, and payment information. Back up any necessary data before requesting deletion.
- We will respond to your request within the applicable legal timeframes, typically 30-45 days.
